Controller Bandwidth Exceeded
I have successfully installed a driver to use an Eye Toy as a webcam, however, I have a problem.?

When I try to use it on Windows Messenger, a box pops up saying "Usb Controller Bandwidth Exceeded". I'm not a computer geek, so I don't know particularly much about this area. All together, 97% is already taken up, 10% by Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller, 12% by Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller (both of these have "System reserved" underneath. A further 75% is tasken up by my SpeedTouch 330 ADSL Modem. What am I to do to get enough bandwidth to allow use of the camera and why does it require so much? Please help me!
